Browse for previous instllation

Hello All
A new user has a window appear (attached) that prompts for the location of a previous installation. We are using Installaware X13 to build a Compressed Single Self-Extracting EXE, requiring Framework 4.52, and signing with Authenticode. All other settings are default. Obviously, installation can not proceed as there is no previous version.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated
