Shortcut Subfolder Under Windows 10 Not Working

In the project properties screen I define the Shortcut Folder as:
Kellerman Software\My Product Name

When the installer is built, it puts the shortcuts in
Kellerman Software

instead of
Kellerman Software\My Product Name

This worked previously for Windows 7 but it is not working for Windows 10 or Windows 11.

How do I get around this?

Unfortunately only single level folder structure is allowed under Start Menu\Programs in Windows 10 and higher OS's.
