Install Aware X4 won't start on Windows 10 Enterprise Version 20H2

Hi all,

Install Aware X4 will not start on Windows 10 Enterprise version 20H2 (OS build 19042.1826) for me any more.

When I select "Install Aware X4" from the start menu, I get the error: Access violation at address 00E66D8D in module 'miae.exe'. Read of address 00000008

Any ideas? I've tried completely uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling without any luck.
