I'm using InstallAware Multi-Platform Version 2025 (2.1) [Windows x86].
When I run my installer in silent mode via CMD, the registry entries for the current user are not created the first time. I have to run the installer twice for the registry to be created in silent mode.
However, everything works fine when I install using the installer with the user interface.

Sounds like your setup flow is different when executing in silent mode.
I'd set the pre-defined variable (please see https://www.installaware.com/mh52/deskt ... iables.htm for the full list) SILENT to TRUE as the first line of your setup script, and run it inside the debugger in the IDE to find out why.
