How do I enable SSL for an IIS Virtual Folder

I have used the "Create IIS Virtual Folder" action on the "Default Web Site" to successfully install my ASP.NET application into IIS 6.

One problem I am having though is to enable SSL for the app. So I did a "Create IIS Site" and pointed it to the same place as "Default Web Site".

But how do I programmatically generate the SSL cert and enable SSL through the installer? Alternatively, what is the EASIEST way to configure IIS via InstallAware so you need to use HTTPS to connect to my web app?
