What is CrossGrade option?

I noticed that you had a corssgrade option in your shooping cart/web store and nowhere does it mention what that is?

Is this where a user owns a competitive product?

I own Wise and Setup Factory both....and now looking into moving to Windows Installers.

Can you please explain in your terms?

A crossgrade is when you are upgrading from a competing product to InstallAWARE. Only products from the following companies qualify for a crossgrade:

o InstallShield
o Wise
o ZeroG

Since you have a version of Wise, you can order with the crossgrade option. You do need to send us a fax/scan of your product manuals cover page or your product serial number to validate the crossgrade.
