How to reorder feature list?

I can add/rename/delete, but I cannot reorder features in a list

The ordering in the setup script is the ordering that will be used in the final setup program. The ordering shown in the visual UI may not reflect that ordering - just edit the ordering of the Define Component lines in the setup script directly.

I did try this - reorder Define feature items - but it did not help

Did you try to run the actual generated setup, or did you just switch back to the visual view and see how it looks there?
