General setup failure

The installation is working on hundreds of machines out there. However somebody has reported back with

The InstallAware Wizard for Donations Co-ordinator has failed: "General setup failure"

Where do I start to find the problem?

Try with logging, and get step-by-step screenshots as well as instructions to reproduce the error.
