GUID appearing in application data not company and software.

When I install my software it displays the GUID inside the Aplication Data folder, but why does it display this rather than displaying my company name and software name as it seems to have done for other software installed on my machine???

This folder is internal to your setup package and is referenced by the setup package for Updates,Patches, Untinstall etc. . The other software packages you are showing in your example have created these folders for their actual application to reference. If your product requires common Application Data you can create appropriate folders in this location during install.
