Does the box version have a printed Manual?

:?: Can you tell us what is included in the Boxed Version?
:?: Can you tell us if the CD Version is a CDR or a Original Mastered CD?

Our box versions are still in production. They contain a mastered Gold CD and a users manual. For box orders, we are currently shipping the product CDs until the boxes are ready :)

The CD version is an original mastered CD (not a home made CDR).
