Wise and IA?

Hi,
I am evaluating IA for installing product which creates Outlook 2007 Add-in. Currently we are using VS 2005 setup for this, but due to very rigid nature of it we decided to move ahead from it to either Wise or IA. I can see comaprision list with InstallShield on your site but not able to find out same for WISE. If you have that list that will save lot of time during evaluation.
Also if you can give some pointers on installing Outlook 2007 Addin, installing Office PIAs and CAS (code access security) through IA that will be great. These are basic things which we need to install our product.
