Feature Request related to PROGRESSMODE

I understand that some prereqs don't provide reliable progress info, and the need to set them to use PROGRESSMODE = MARQUEE. MARQUEE mode is definitely an improvement in these cases. But, it would even better if the MARQUEE progress mode could be temporarily suspended while downloading and extracting the Web Media blocks related to these prereqs.
