MSI installer and testing

We have built a silent MSI installer for use with GPO's are having problems with it. We are looking for any guidance for testing. Is there information somewhere on this? Any help ( I know question is vague) would be appreciated. We have been creating policies and following many suggestions with different results, hence a try this approach would help.

First off, welcome to the InstallAware forums!

The best place to look for general information on GPO deployment is probably the help file (if you search for Group Policy you should see the relevant pages appear), or post a specific question on these forums - alternatively, you can e-mail support at installaware dot com with any queries, and we will do our best to assist!

For testing installs, I currently use a couple of Virtual Machines (using VMWare, however, you can also use Virtual PC - both of these products are currently free), that allow you to run a number of virtual machines and be able to roll the configuration back - very handy for testing.

we have solved all the issues. And were using virtualization for testing. I was looking for pointers for testing and best practices. If you have any more please post it may help for future references and any others. Again thanks.
