Unable to write registry value during uninstall

I am unable to write registry values during un-install flow.
But i can Read and Delete registry...
How could I write registry in this case?

    Write Registry Key HKLM\\SOFTWARE\\$COMPANY$\\$TITLE$\\testing, value1 (permanent)
end

Apply Install solve my case.
