Appverifier and Logo Certification

I want to certificate my application but when i do the installation i have hundred of errors and even more warnings under Application Verifier.

And I can't install my application without Administrator Privilege. It's say that Windows Installer have a problem.

I have purchased Installaware Studio 6.6 and built my install with it.
I need help on that. Thanks.

I want to make an install for a least user under vista. I seen that the problem is with the installation of .net 1.1. He doesn't ask for the administrator password and the install fail. Can I have an installer that ask for admin rights only for installing .net ?
