Create folder not working

The function to create a folder isn't working, i'm trying to create an directory before my sql create script runs.

Create Folder C:\\SQLDATA

should create an folder in the c:\\ called SQLDATA

but it's not working

Is it on XP? On Vista? Do you have enough permissions to Create Folder on root dir (C:\\) ?

I't xp professional service pack 2

i'm logged in as a local administrator

Have you placed the command above Apply Install?

If not, try that.
