Installation using Mirosoft SMS, GPO and reinstallation

Hi,

How do I prepare for installation using Microsoft SMS and Group policy ?

How will the installation know if a new version is available for install and skip if the installed version is the same ?

In ordinary installation how can I make the program skip installation if the version installed is the same that I try to install ?
