translation problem

I have a project with language by Spanish defect. In the installation, all the dialogues and interfaces estan in Spanish but the first screen follows in English. because? since I do so that this screen has the data that estan translated in the file translate.spanish? the rest of the forms and dialogues estan translated and read the chains of translate.spanish

You need to use the Edit Global Strings option in the Tool menu.
