MS announced today that their VS2013 Community Edition is now available as a free download subject to some licence constraints such as a maximum of five licenses per organization. It seems to be a full VS product but there may be some things they've removed. So far it's worked okay on our company app, and long, long overdue is the ability to do 64-bit edit-and-continue. Yikes, how I've missed that...
Anyway, it has nothing to do with IA but I thought I'd share it as you don't often hear MS giving you something for "free".
