Multilingual versus silent install

Hi Michael,

I added a German translation to my setup and checked the "Display language selection dialog box".
For GUI based setups eveything is fine.

But I need to run my setups also in silent mode. And now it also displays the language selection dialog box
and stops the silent installation. I consider this as a bug.
