How does "Get System Setting Windows 7" work?

What registry keys or other information is queried? We have a customer that fails on Windows 7 Enterprise, but we are unable to duplicate. The machine in question was previously an XP machine.

Dear Munderhill,

the command doesn't check any registry, it uses a WIN API internally... so if the command fails, it could be probably due a system corruption.
