Issue with windows installation of IA 2012

Hi,
I am trying to install IA 2012(Licensed version) on windows 8. It shows the below error and exits.
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 2 (x64) could not be installated.

Let us know how can we fix this issue and install on windows 8.

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is already pre-installed on Windows 8.

So you may try to enable it, via Install/modify Windows features. Then repeat the IA installation.
