On Un install I'm left with new directory named ~0

I'm using the NATIVE_ENGINE only and on uninstall I'm left with directories named ~0 or ~1 or ~2 in the ProgramData directory:

These directories are not removed after re-boot.

Can you please advise why they exist and/or how I can avoid them.

Is this an issue unique to me or has someone else discovered this problem?
