IA Developer 10 / Win 10 Pro 2004 ... Access violation ... uxtheme.dll Please help.

I did try to completely uninstall/reboot/install IA

Will greatly appreciate any help.

Due the "uxtheme.dll access violation", it sounds to be a system issue. I would also not exclude that this may be caused by an installed third party AV (if any installed).

Last but not least, IA 10 is a quite old product version, and "obviously" because its release date, it cannot include Win 10 2004 support natively.

Product works perfectly fine on same machine while in evaluation mode, but ss soon i run our "IA .......Group, Inc..exe" to activate license - i start getting this errors.

So, there is nothing wrong with product, something wrong with the way activation is done.

So, the license activation seems to be applied correctly (the license installer doesn't report any error), but then your IA product fails to start once activated. Correct?

Exactly.

Summaries: i install IA, start IAin the evaluation mode, open existing project and everything works as usual, i can modify project, save, run the build etc.

I close the IA, but as soon as i activate IA via xxx.exe (no errors or any abnormality reported) and open a project, every time i click anywhere in IDE it is trowing an error.

No, i don't, just windows security.

Windows security cannot be the problem.

So at this point, It may be due a problem with the activation file itself. This may be corrupted.

Did you try with activating the product on an older OS?

At any rate, please consider that IA 10 is an obsolete product. This was released several years before the availability of the Win Ten OS. So, it may be more than possible the lack of Win Ten support.
