Web Media Blocks issues upgrading from X7 to X12

Hi All,

I am upgrading an IA setup from X7 to X12 and noticed that when testing on a clean Windows 10 machine, my application fail to run any Web Media Block (WMB) file created on X7, see image attached.

If I rebuild the WMBs and upload them to my update server, the setup will find then and work as expected.

What am I missing here? I assume the WMB can be shared and re-used by one or more installer.
