Build MSIX error message

Our normal single-exe-builds are created without problems.
While trying to to convert any of our projects to an MSIX build we get the following error message:

What needs to be changed to get rid of these parsing problems?

Do you have any chance to share a VERY MINIMAL PROJECT that replicates the issue?

Btw, which IA version?
