Can't uninstall under vista rtm

Hello,
I'm trying to uninstall version 6 under Vista Business Rtm.
When starting the uninstall I get the following error:

Runtime Error in script:
Line 17: Attempting to get value of undefined variable UPDATE_CONFIGURED

How can I uninstall Installaware?

Unfortunately 6.1x prior to 6.13 was a broken build and exhibited these issues. I do apologize for the inconvenience.

To fix, please follow these steps:

1) Search your hard disk for the file:
myahe.dat
2) Add the following lines at the end of this file:

Code: Select all

UPDATE_CONFIGURED
TRUE

So the end of the file looks like:

Code: Select all

...
UPDATE_CONFIGURED
TRUE
UPDATE_DOWNLOAD
TRUE
UPDATE_INSTALL
FALSE
UPDATE_AUTO
FALSE
...

3) Uninstall

Then, please install the latest 6.13 build from the public website. Again,
I apologize for the problems the broken build caused you. 6.13 works very
well (this is not a Vista issue but affected all OS versions).
