Problem with long paths

Hello and HAPPY NEW YEAR. I am new with InstallAware and I have made a NET setup program but when I am trying to install it, it is stopping during it tries to install the assemblies in the CAG with the following error (see the file).
Please help me as fast as you can

Please download version 6.14. Don't forget to recreate your license.
This version fixed a problem with long paths.

Also, becuase the 6.14 version fixed some long path issues, be sure to rebuild ALL web media blocks.
