Distribute Web-based EXE builds in a network

Hello!

First I have to say that I'm not a system administrator. I chose to build my setup as a Web-based EXE because this build type makes it very convient for end-users to apply patches. However, these builds do not contain .msi files. Does this mean that my setups cannot be easily distributed in a network using e.g. group policies or Windows Update Services (WUS)? What do I tell a system administrator who asks me how to distribute my setup?

It seems that the Group Policy Wizard deals with this very problem. What a pleasant surprise!
