Could not write value to key

We are testing the install program in Win 98, and got an error message:
"Could not write value FC62332BF to key UNKNOW\\Features\\6C73A505E1BBC424B53AE9DB539ACFF. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."

It's all right in WinXP.

Any ideas what might be going on?

Win 98? Jesus crist, who uses Win98 until now ?
