.NET Installer Class Issues

We have run into some machines that will not launch any .NET installer classes. .NET is installed on the machine and when the Run Installer command is called it just blows by it. I know that the installer is not being run as there is not InstallLog associated with the installer. I know that you use an executable to launch the installer classes.

Here is my issue, it would be nice if you would write the error someplace. The install just moves over the Run Installer line and does not provide any error information. Is there a way to get any type of error information?
