User selectable optional shortcuts.

We are currently using InstallAware Developer 6.32.
We would like to allow the user to select whether or not to install a shortcut on their desktop for our application. Is there a way to do that?

Also, the finish dialog shows a Reboot computer now checkbox, but it doesn't show up when we run our install. How do we control that checkbox's visiblility.

Doesn't that require the dialog editor?
It appears as though I can not edit dialogs with the developer version.
Is thare a script solution?
