CodeGear VCL Runtime

I upgraded from the CodeGear version of Express to Studio. The CodeGear VCL runtimes that were included with Express were uninstalled. I don't want to reinstall Express to get them back. Can I get those files some other way?

Please note: You will need to replace the compiler variables with actual paths on your system. The InstallAware Express CodeGear Edition installer does this for you automatically.
