SQL Server 2005 Express SP2 Failing to install properly

I am trying ti install SQL Server Express SP2 using InstallaWare 6 and even if I leave the default settings it errors out telling me to update the windows. Can anyone give me any ideas to try. I am new to InstallaWare. Also in Installshield you use the /QN to have a silent install but InstallAWare doesnt use this floag and still does a silent install. WHY?
