How to use Active Directory for user validation

When the new installation begins, I want to check Active Directory to determine if the logged in user is a member of the domain. If not, a window should pop up and ask for an installation key. If a domain member, the installation would run without the ley request window.

Can this be done? If so, any ideas on how? New to InstallAware. thank you for any help!

You would need to write your own Windows application. your application must return a value, that can be read inside IA and based on the value display or don't display the dialog asking for an installation key.
