Difference between evaluation and final copy

What is the difference between the evaluation copy download and the purchased copy?

You cannot legally distribute setups you create with the evaluation copy, but you can legally distribute setups created with the purchased copy.

There are no other differences.

After creating an installation script for my program with the demo version I downloaded, I see the following: Every time I hit shut down on my computer, the installation wizard I created starts running and blocks the shutdown. I thought this was because I downloaded a demo. Please let me know how to correct this annoying behavior from my machine.

You probably bundled the update client with your setup but did not configure the update schedule and download/install preferences. Finish that configuration by completing the wizard that shows. This has nothing to do with the evaluation.
