Two RichEdit controls in one form gives error at runtime

I am taking the existing licensecheck form and adding one more RichEdit control. In my project I am having the second RichEdit Control getting the value from the ReadMe file.

When I run the installation I always receive below error. As soon as I remove the second RichEdit control the error goes away.

Runtime error in setup script:

Line 137: System Error. Code: 1400
Invalid window handle

This has been identified as a bug. We are currently working on that. Thank you for pointing it out.
