Retry extraction message problem for Installaware itself!

I tried to install the Window installer plug in, by going to the control panel, finding Installaware, and selecting the Window installer plug in.

Clicked Next and get this:

Retry extraction?
Extraction of installation data downloaded from the web has failed. What would you like to do?

* Download a fresh copy of the installation data.
* Try to extract the existing download data again.

I tried both options several times, but it always comes back to the "Retry extraction?" message. I then have to Cancel.

I repeated this after a reboot, and this time elected to install it entirely on the hard disk. It made no difference. Still the same problem.

So what can be done to install a plug in for Installaware?

I have version 7.0 lonepine.

I'd suggest doing a full uninstall and then a reinstall. You probably have the web build, and the files on the web for the latest web build are newer than your older web build, which is probably causing the conflict.
