The MS SQL Server Connection" sample project works correctly in the development environment. However, after building an installer and running it on a machine with SQL Server (on the same network with access to the same SQL servers, although logged in from the local machine) it's displaying an error dialog while the "Looking for Servers" dialog displays. The error dialog states:
Runtime error in setup script:
Line 38: '' is not a valid integer value
I've seen this error on the forum before, but no answer. We have the latest Version 7.
Thanks in advance for your help,
John
SQL Server error in setup script: '' is not a valid integer
Hi,
All of a sudden, my project cannot be compiled anymore. Though, the message I'm receiving it's quite similar to the one described above:
What could that be? Is this a common message?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Tiago,
I've not heard of this one before ... can you send me your project and I'll investigate? E-mail it to (without any exe, dll, etc) to [email protected].

Hi, Neillans
I have worked this afternoon to solve that problem and managed to build my project again after finding out that the .MIA file got corrupted again.
Quite strange issue, considering that I have successfully rewritten my script by typing the same commands of the corrupted .MIA into a backup copy of yesterday's version. Go figure...
Nevertheless, I'm sending the "corrupted" version for you to check.
Thank you very much!
