I recently upgraded to version 8 from version 7, and in an installer I built in the last version I had used a bunch of commands using the Web Blocks and Download File functionality, which worked great.
But now I'm using version 8, every time my script hits a line where it needs to download a file from somewhere it pops up that "Download of installation data from the web has failed" dialog. If I try to resume the download then the installer crashes ("Installation has encountered a problem and needs to close", etc etc).
I tried running the thing in debug mode and every time it hits a "Download File" command, it always returns "ERROR". I've checked the URL, I've tried different URLs and still no joy.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this?
