Could not access network location \\Subfolder

when installing on a pc I get Could not access network location \\subfolder name, this same install has been run on 50 other computer and has worked on all of them, it is happening on one pc.

It comes up after it has downloaded the web book and extracted all files.

I belive this is in a suspended state, how do you fix this.
