Run Program as WAIT and ClickOnce setup

I am launching a ClickOnce setup.exe from with IA using 'Run Program as', despite having 'Wait for program to finish' selected, the install does not wait.

This ends up looking ugly as on a slow machine, the user can click Finish and then the ClickOnce setup comes up.

How can I get IA to wait for the ClickOnce package to finish?

Find the exact process to wait for using Check Process and wait for it in a loop. Of course, you may also directly try launching the exact process, but in case the main installer does that, you still have a way!
