Can't change size of text in EULA?

Hello,

Why does the EULA designer (User Interface/EULA and ReadMe) ignore both the font size of the original document AND the font size defined in the properties of the text box in the license dialog designer?

I clear the EULA in IA, edit the original EULA on disk to use a smaller font (4pt for example), load the EULA again, and nothing has changed. So I tried changing the font size property of the text box in the dialog but that doesn't work either.

I keep trying to make the text smaller but my changes are being ignored. Is this a bug or am I doing it wrong? Is it even possible? If not why?

C'mon folks a little help here? Has anyone successfully changed the font size in the EULA or Readme?
