After uninstalling the Patch shortcut remains

Hi

When i install the Patch and then uninstall it, it uninstalls correctly but the shortcut remains

why is it so??? What i need to do to sollve this problem

Uninstall as in remove the patch or the entire program?

uninstalling the whole patched software.
