Having a problem with background image hiding text

This only is happening on one dialog, but on the finish dialog for an installer I am working on, the background image shows up, and the check box shows up, but all the text disappears. I have clicked Send To Back on the image, and Bring To Front on all the different text boxes, but none of it has helped. Any other suggestions?

Did you perhaps localize your installer? I have noticed if I change any text on a dialog that has been localized, it won't appear unless I re-localize the dialog with the new changes.

I have not ever localized this installer, but I did switch the theme on it. In fact, I think this problem may have started around that time.
