A question before purchase InstallAware

Hi, currently i am a user of InstallSheild and searching for a better Setup Builder and some of my friend recommend InstallAware to me.

I did saw and read some differences between InstallSheild and InstallAware. May i know more defference ??

Besides that, i have another question to ask which is can my file being overwrite when i make a major or a minor update?
When i am updating my program will the setup i build will overwrite the file automatically or i have to do it manually.

Besides that, if i am using a web confict file to control my program, can the command that i had selected and used will be overwrite after i had made a minor or a major update??
