Hello,
Due to the auto packaging problem I am having "see above" I created an installation file the standard way using QuickStart as well as Project Wizard. (Same Results)
I was given customer support about the slow loading times and how to optimize the loading time on the installation file by changing certain settings. I did this and still have the same problem.
After finishing the build with compiler options set to improve windows installer. I am still at the same problem.
I double click on the installer file, it shows the loading icon on the mouse pointer, and thats all the action you see happening. It took a little over 7 minutes just now in order for Vista to ask me if I would like to allow access to this program.
Then the installation went fine after that smooth and fast. However the "hanging" problem is still there. I also right clicked run as administrator (I have administration priv on the testing computers.) and still has the same problem.
Is there something im missing or forgot to put in which causes this? I took off the requirements to have administration even and still same problem.
Thanks =)
Install 5-10 minute \"Loading Hang\" on Vista 64 and 32

From your limited and confused description, I gather that Vista is taking too long to verify your digital signature, which is not really an InstallAware issue but a Vista issue that occurs when your setup.exe file is too big.
If this indeed is the case, to work around Vista's slow speed of validating your digital signature, you can do a web build. This way the actual number of files in your setup.exe executable will be a whole lot less, with your main data contained inside separate 7zip files (which can be downloaded automatically by setup.exe, or provided right next to setup.exe to eliminate downloading altogether).
That should be a viable workaround for you. Be sure to read the web deployment whitepaper if you have any questions on how InstallAware's web deploy works and what advantages it provides.
