Is this a bug of i miss use IIS given?

Hello, i face a problem when i set virtual path define by user.
For Example:
In dialog box we able user to define what is the virtual path name "A" and it did work . when i check in my IIS it can show the name i had set.
but when i uninstall the program.
And i check back the IIS. All file in the name "A" had been deleted but it cant delete the name "A" in IIS and i have to delete it manually.
