Dialog editor: possible bug?

I think I've stumbled on a minor bug in the dialog editor.

1. Create or edit an existing dialog form.

2. Click on the User Interface Editor dialog (the one containing the menus etc).

3. Now click on the title bar of the dialog form.

When I do so, it immediately resizes the dialog to the maximum extent of the screen. In other words, I did not have to click the maximise button on the top-right. A minor glitch.
