persistent invalid char error

Post by thorax »

Hello there
I am too new on this software. I need only a font installation service. While nsis and inno failed, i ended up here on trial version. I installed the font plugin found in plugins page. I need font installation working in both Xp and Vista and possibly on upcoming win7.
ok as casic instructs fonts are to be deployed as normal files and then a line of code takes care the rest. I did exactly that.
Only i get in the final stage of installing an error that "the folder path 'C:' contains an invalid character" . :?
I know nothin about msi scripting and i am sure i havent entered in any place in the code any characters but naming the project and such, with pure alphanumeric strings. 3x checked that everything i typed in all settings and options contained no invalid chars and especially no path that starts from 'C:' but error persists on both oses. I used the wizard to create the code layout.

Any help would be apreciated much. Project needs to be distributed urgently with a working font installer.
